In this short 45 minute tutorial Taylor shows you how to make a gathered scrap dress from scratch, using your own bust measurements. Taught in her unique intuitive style of sewing. This is a medium leveled skill. Knowing how to gather using a basting stitch and how to make your own bias tape is needed!
What you will need :
Flirty drink, clips/pins, metal latch hook, scissors, measuring tape, sewing machine with different stitch capabilities (zigzag, etc.), iron & ironing board, a decent amount of scrap fabric & thread.
You do not need a serger for this project, but a machine capable of straight stitch and zigzag or some type of overlock stitch to finish your seams, will work.
