middle Makers meetings

A sober creative hangout for the in-betweeners.

Not into bar culture, but not feeling at home in AA? Me too. I’ve been longing for more community and like minded folks when it comes to not drinking… so, that is why I’m starting The Middle Makers —or MM. a space for those of us who live between the ends of the spectrum.

We’ll meet online (and sometimes in person) to make things with our hands, talk ideas, share what we’re working on — in life, in art, in ourselves. You don’t have to be a master crafter or have years of sobriety under your belt. You just have to be curious, open, and willing to show up.

Bring your sewing, knitting, painting, collage, or whatever! But I highly suggest a pen & notebook for ideas and insights.

You don’t have to share your screen if you don’t want to in the zoom chat.

You don’t have to be sober, or struggle with any form of addiction to attend, but to note — that is the main foundation for this group.

This is not a recovery meeting and I am not a therapist.
